We build our boats using sandwich technology. Carbon and carbon-kevlar technologies are used for inner and outer skin of Racing shells; carbon and glass technologies are used for Training shells. As a core layer we use special filling with honeycomb structure. We use high-quality epoxy resin as binding material. We equip our boats with wing type riggers made of carbon and carbon-kevlar fabric. All components of the boats are built using vacuum technology and thermal processing; such treatment ensures complete interconnection of "sandwich" structure and guarantees the utmost durability of the product.
Vacuum technology of manufacturing makes it possible to minimize the boat weight to the limit set by FISA rules. The technology and materials we use prevent honeycomb structure from showing up on the surface of the boat after long usage. New generation honeycomb filling used instead of traditional nomex honeycomb makes it much easier to repair the damages resulted from collisions or similar situations. Our boat can be repaired by anyone experienced in epoxy resin application. It is especially important for small amateur boat clubs lacking skilled boatmen.
